Return Process

  Log into your Superline account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original fashion tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
